Where are you located?
Red Rock Storage LLC is located at 1308 County Line Road, Monroe, IA 50170. Look for our property near the intersection of Highway 163 and Highway 14!
What are the office hours?
The office is open between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (Monday to Saturday).
Is there 24-hour access?
Yes, our customers have free access to their storage units 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is an important feature to have if you want easy access to your vehicle throughout your renting experience.
How far are you from Pella, Iowa?
Great question! Our self-storage facility is about 15 minutes away from Pella via State Highway 163, but we are also convenient to Altoona, Newton, Otley, and other nearby communities.
Can I store my boat and RV?
You sure can. Our indoor storage units are comfortable to access and can accommodate a variety of recreational vehicles with ease.
Is indoor storage the best option?
It depends on what your priorities are. If you live relatively close to Lake Red Rock and like the prospect of benefiting from higher security, no sun exposure, no vulnerability to dust and debris, and a proper parking surface, we recommend you check out our units.
What other benefits do I get?
We have storage units with electrical outlets, allowing RV owners to keep their vehicles always ready for the next adventure. We also have other useful features like drive-up access and video surveillance.
How about online bill pay?
We have that, too. Being able to pay your rent from anywhere with an internet connection is a huge comfort that every self-storage facility should offer. Who wants to deal with the hassle of delivering a check every month?
